Change Your Name

Saskatchewan residents can change their legal name after marriage, divorce, annulment or the death of a spouse. You must contact Vital Statistics if you want to change your name for other reasons or to change the name of children or legal dependents.

Parenting After Separation Program

These online courses provide participants with information regarding the many aspects of parenting after separation. There are two courses: Parenting After Separation (PAS) and Parenting After Separation For Families in High Conflict (PASHC), each available in English and French.

Parenting Time with Children

Find information on how the decision-making responsibility for children may be determined if parents cannot decide, as well as information on supervised parenting time, or exchange services for children visiting the other parent for parenting time.

Represent Yourself in Family Court

Learn about representing yourself in family court and find Self-Help Kits, which are packages of court forms and instructions, designed for individuals who wish to represent themselves in family court in a number of areas.
